Chester woman cited in accident
<p dir="ltr"><span>Chester Police officers were called to the scene of a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 1900 block of State Street in front of Memorial Hospital last Thursday afternoon around 3:50 p.m.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>In a Monday news release, the CPD reported that a 2014 Ford F-150, driven by 58-year-old Charles M. Richards of Chester, was stopped in traffic in the eastbound lane when it was struck from behind by an eastbound 2000 Dodge Neon, driven by 50-year-old Carolyn D. Jackson, also of Chester.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>The CPD’s release stated no injuries were reported at the scene, but paramedics with MedStar Ambulance were witnessed checking on Jackson.</span>
