No injuries in Chester Road wreck
<p dir="ltr"><span>A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Chester Road and Exchange Road involved four people, but none reported any injuries at the scene.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>According to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office crash report a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 34-year-old Bradley Farris of Steeleville, was traveling east on Exchange Road and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Meanwhile, a 2011 Toyota Avalon, driven by 73-year-old Abbigail Runge, of Chester, was traveling north on Chester Road.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Farris reportedly failed to yield to Runge at the intersection, striking the Avalon in the rear passenger side. The Avalon then left the roadway and struck a corner post and a street sign.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>The Silverado also left the roadway, coming to rest in the ditch.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Farris was ticketed for failure to yield at an intersection. Farris had two passengers in his vehicle - 37-year-old Jeffrey Williams of Percy and 46-year-old Tammy Andrews of Chester - while Runge was the lone occupant of the Avalon.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>The accident was reported at 4:50 p.m. with Deputy Cody Mueller responding.</span>
