Sheriff's Office makes multiple arrests
<p dir="ltr"><span>In a Tuesday news release, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office announced deputies had recently arrested multiple people on various burglary, theft and drug-related offenses.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Those arrested were 47-year-old Robert J. Smith Jr. of Tilden; 37-year-old Justin K. Martin of Steeleville; 38-year-old Bobbie J. Bianco of Tilden; 44-year-old Patrick E.S. Ogilvie of Sparta; 24-year-old Ayla M. Jones of Sparta; 47-year-old Charleen E. Smith, of Tilden and 43-year-old Carl W. Dickerson of Tilden.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Smith Jr., Bianco and Smith were all charged with methamphetamine-related offenses.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Smith was charged with unlawful delivery of meth ice, possession of meth ice and theft over $500 by possession.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Bond was set at $75,000 and he remained incarcerated as of Tuesday morning.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Bianco was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance and the procurement of Pseudoephedrine for the production of meth. </span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Smith was charged with unlawful possession of meth and bond was set at $15,000.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Martin, Jones, Ogilvie and Dickerson all have burglary charges. Martin was charged with two counts of burglary and felony driving while license revoked.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Bond was set at $75,000 and he remains incarcerated as of Tuesday morning.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Jones was charged with two counts of burglary. Bond was set at $30,000 and she remained incarcerated as of Tuesday morning.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Ogilvie was charged with one count of burglary with a bond of $25,000. He remained incarcerated as of Tuesday morning.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Dickerson was charged with one count of burglary with a bond of $25,000.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Dickerson was arrested by the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office and was awaiting transport to Randolph County on Tuesday morning.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>In the release, Wolff said the arrests were the result of search warrants executed in Tilden and Blair by RCSO deputies.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>He noted that no other information on the arrests is being released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.</span>
<p dir="ltr"><span>There was no booking photo of Dickerson at the time of the release.</span>
