Chester man arrested on suspicion of DUI

<span>CHESTER -- According to a news release from the Chester Police Department, on Thursday night at approximately 8:10 p.m, officers with the Chester Police Department were called to the scene of a traffic crash in the 1800 block of Swanwick Street. </span>

<span>The driver of a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier, identified as 34-year-old Billy J. Belton of Chester, was traveling east on Swanwick Street when he apparently drifted to the right, striking an unoccupied parked vehicle.</span>

<span>Belton's vehicle struck the parked vehicle with enough force to push that vehicle into a second parked vehicle. Belton was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.</span>
