Chester man's death said to be suspicious

<span>Local and county law enforcement are investigating a death in the 1400 block of Riechman Street in Chester that was discovered early Friday morning.</span>

<span>According to Randolph County Coroner Randy Dudenbostel, 26-year-old Joseph M. Jackson was found deceased by his brother at 1407 Riechman St. Jackson was pronounced dead at 5:34 a.m.</span>

<span>"We're waiting on toxicology and things like that," Dudenbostel said. "It appears to be a suspicious death."</span>

<span>Dudenbostel said the incident is under investigation by the Chester Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff's Office and the coroner's office.</span>

<span>"We're looking into what led to his death," said Chester Police Chief Ryan Coffey. "We should have some information soon."</span>
