Felonies

Jesse Barlow, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Duvall, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Closed felonies

Gale Laffoon, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of residential burglary and was sentenced to 60 days in the Perry County Jail followed by 24 months of probation and ordered to pay $2,500 in fines and costs.

Misdemeanors

Jesse Farlow, Pinckneyville, was charged with domestic battery/bodily harm.

Tyler Albrecht, Chester, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Caleb Conway, Pinckneyville, was charged with criminal damage to property.

Samuel Davis filed for divorce from Alicia Davis on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
