Pinckneyville Hospital bond hearing set
The Board of Directors of Pinckneyville Community Hospital District in Perry County, Illinois will hold a public hearing on Oct. 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the District's Board meeting room, at 101 North Walnut Street, in Pinckneyville, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell hospital revenue bonds at one time or from time to time and in one or more series in the aggregate amount not to exceed $23,000,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction and installation of facilities and improvements constituting a 17-bed replacement critical access hospital and physician clinic, along with the purchase and installation of certain personal property, all to be located in Pinckneyville, Illinois, payment of costs and fees related to the financing and costs and fees for obtaining a USDA Direct Loan and USDA Guarantee on the USDA Guaranteed Bonds (including, but not limited to, as applicable, furniture, fixtures and equipment, mechanical, electrical, land acquisition and rights in real estate, and other related facilities, improvements and costs).
