USGS Says Quaking Caused by Mine Blast

A rumbling in the Steeleville area had some residents thinking they'd experienced a small earthquake Wednesday morning.

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) sent out an alert sometime after 7 a.m. for a 2.5 magnitude earthquake near Steeleville.
