25 Applicants for New Du Quoin City Administrator as City Council Members Take First Look at File Monday

What is expected to be an otherwise short meeting of the Du Quoin City Council Monday at 6 p.m. is to be followed by an executive session to take a first look at the file of applicants for the position of city administrator and clerk.

Du Quoin Mayor John Rednour and finance commissioner Rex Duncan are expected to share the applications and their thoughts during that session, less than one month after the July 30, 2012 death of city administrator Blaine Bastien.
