Sheriff's and police reports

The following information was obtained from the police departments listed below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt. Unless otherwise indicated, subjects were being held in Randolph County Jail at the time of publication.

RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Arthonn F. Quinn, 45, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Sept. 18 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft over charge. No bond on the warrant.

Jimmie Gerald Trey Leforge, 29, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 18 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft of services charge. He was released after posting $400 cash bond.

Steven P. Utz, 21, of Red Bud, was arrested Sept. 18 by Red Bud Police for burglary.

Brandon D. Balsom, 20, of Sparta, was arrested Sept. 19 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for unlawful use of weapons (2 counts) and defacing ID marks on firearms.

Angelina J. Bergman, 42, of Tilden, was arrested Sept. 19 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to land charge. She was released after posting $350 cash bond.

Michelle M. Ratcliff, 31, of Prairie du Rocher, was arrested Sept. 20 by Prairie du Rocher Police on a Randolph County warrant for retail theft. Bond is $350 cash.

William L. Morefield, 20, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 21 by Chester Police for aggravated robbery.

Jakob A. Crabtree, 18, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 21 by Chester Police for aggravated robbery

Brandon J. Quihuis, 26, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 21 by Chester Police for aggravated robbery.

Logan D. Wahl, 19, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 21 by Chester Police for aggravated robbery.

Jason W. Allen, 36, of St. Mary, Mo., was arrested Sept. 21 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful display of vehicle, and a Randolph County warrant for battery. Bond amount is $5,000.

Dennis M. Darwin, 37, of Perryville. Mo., was arrested Sept. 21 by Sparta Police for unlawful possess of vehicle registration and driving while license suspended.

Robert E. Lee, 0 38, of Doe Run Mo., was arrested Sept. 22 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for theft. He was released on $1,500 recognizance bond.

Austin R. Davis, 22, of Steeleville, was arrested Sept. 22 by Sparta Police for unlawful possession of meth, driving while license suspended and operating uninsured motor vehicle.

Christopher M. Bowles, 35, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 23 by Chester Police for unlawful possession of controlled substance, DUI, Improper Lane Usage, Improper Signal and speeding.

Lisa M. McMath, 42, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 23 by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended. She was released on $1,500 recognizance bond.

Heather J. Stewart, 29, Chester, was arrested Sept. 23 by Chester Police for theft, unlawful possession of controlled substance, driving while suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle. Unlawful display of vehicle registration.

William R. Koine, 36, of Carbondale, was arrested Sept. 23 by Chester Police for driving while license revoked and speeding. He was released after posting $150 cash bond.

Klay A. Hinnerichs, 37, of Percy, was arrested Sept. 21 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Bond amount is $7,500.

SPARTA POLICE

Evan R. Dotson, 23, of Sparta, was arrested Sept. 17 on a Randolph County warrant Failure to appear and Disorderly Conduct. He posted bond and was given a Randolph County court date.
