Backyard Swimming Pools Slashed

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jeannie Queen of 13 Laurel Avenue in Du Quoin awoke Tuesday mornng only to find that a vandal had slashed the liner to her above ground swimming pool in her backyard. She wasn't the only one. A liner at a home on nearby Peach Street was also damaged when several slits were made in the liner. Two other pools in the neighborhood were not damaged. Replacing a liner can cost between $500 and $1,000.
