Road Closed for Railroad Repair Beginning July 16

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Omer Osman, District 9 Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation, announced that a Canadian National Railroad crew willmake repairs to two U.S. Route 51 railroad crossings northof Du Quoin near St. Johns on Monday, July 16 at 7 a.m. Repairs are expected to take four days and the road will be closed for the duration of the work.

Motorists should follow marked detour routes. No traffic will be permitted through the construction area at any time during the repair.
