Robbie J. Hutchison incarcerated on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[On June, 2, 2012, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office responded to 911 telephone call at 8197 Eden Road, Sparta, Illinois. The caller reported that she had been battered and held at gunpoint by her husband, Robbie Hutchison who left the residence in his truck and fishing boat with loaded guns and beer. Upon arrival, Randolph County Sheriff's Deputies observed that the Hutchison residence was shot up and the pool deck had been set on fire. Perry County Sheriff's Deputies located Robbie Hutchison as he was unlocking a gate to enter fishing property. Robbie Hutchison was arrested without incident. Perry County Sheriff's Deputies located loaded firearms and ammunition inside the truck that Hutchison was driving. Hutchison's truck was towed to Randolph County for later processing. A search of Hutchison's residence revealed additional firearms, ammunition, and a trophy gobbler that was harvested illegally in April 2012 by Hutchison. Robbie J. Hutchison, age 41 was incarcerated on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm. Hutchison's bond was set at $50,000. He is incarcerated at the Randolph County Jail. Hutchison also faces additional Conservation charges by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. In addition to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office being assisted by the Perry County Sheriff's Office they were assisted by the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Services, Steeleville Police and Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
