Chester Stingers Youth Football program registration

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Chester Stingers Youth Football Program will be holding their second registration event for football players and cheerleaders on Sunday, April 15, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Vasquez Fitness Center-Aerobic Room. Families of each registrant must present a copy of the child's birth certificate. Original birth certificates will not be copied on site; therefore, families must provide a copy to include with the registration form. Participants in the football program must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2012, and shall not have completed the 8th grade nor turn age 15 during the designated season. Cheerleaders must be 3 by September 1, 2012, and shall not have completed the 8th grade nor turn age 15 during the designated season.

A down payment of $25 will be required at the time of registration. Football players are required to be present for the fitting of equipment.

If families are unavailable for this registration date, they shall plan to attend the third and final registration event on Saturday, May 5, 2012, from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at the Vasquez Fitness Center-Aerobic Room. Families unable to attend either registration event, must contact Aaron Runge at (618) 826-4960, prior to the May 5, 2012 deadline, to schedule alternate registration arrangements. Opportunities are available for funding the registration fees. All final registration payments shall be paid in full by May 5, 2012.
