Help the Violence Prevention Center by donated e-waste
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Do you have old cell phones at home or in your desk drawer at work? Lap tops that don't work any more or old digital cameras you just don't want to throw away? Well now there is a solution to help you get rid of those things and help people all at the same time.
The Southwestern Illinois Violence Prevention Center is holding an E-Waste Drive now through April 20th for the first phase and the second phase ends on October 31st.
Not only are they looking for people to make donations of:
Cell Phones
Lap Tops
Ink and toner Cartridges
Digital Cameras
But they are also looking for churches, schools and businesses to volunteer to be drop off sites for those items.
They only need for those businesses to have a box for donations to be put in and the Violence Prevention Center will have someone pick up those items and ship them off.
