Expect Sheriff's Hearing Set for Thursday to be Continued

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Du Quoin Evening Call understands that Thursday's 9 a.m. hearing for Perry County Sheriff Keith Kellerman will be postponed for between 60 and 90 days.

Kellerman was cited in Caseyville on December 16, 2011 for what the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk's docket describes as Case 110V0006443) Ticket No. 507533 indecent conduct-petty offense.

Thursday's first appearance was to have been in traffic/misdemeanor court in the Fairview Heights Municipal Building. The St. Clair County Circuit Clerk's Web site was expected to be updated with a new date late today according to the court.
