Pinckneyville Woman Takes Her Life

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[A 39-year-old Pinckneyville woman has taken her own life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Perry County Sheriff's Department and the coroner's office have identified the woman as Erica David of Primrose Road in rural Pinckneyville.

She apparently took her life in a bathroom at the home at 5:30 p.m. Thursday and was found by a family member.
