Murder Victim's Half-Sister Pleads Guilty
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dakota Wall, the half-sister of Sidnee Stephens whose body was found in the Beaucoup Creek in July 2010, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charge of obstructing a peace officer in Perry County Court Oct. 27.
As part of the plea agreement all other charges were dismissed. Wall had originally been charged with felony obstruction of justice.
She was sentenced to a $404 fine to be paid from her bond and 22 days in Perry County Jail and 261 days of home confinement, both of which have already been served.
The two remaining defendants in Stephens' murder case face charges of kidnapping, home invasion and murder.
Robbie Mueller waived his right to a jury trial and will have a bench trial on Dec. 8 at 1 p.m.
James Glazier will appear in court for a pre-trial hearing at 9 a.m. on Oct. 28.
