New statue unveiled
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The City of Chester and the Popeye Picnic Committee unveiled the next statue, Cole Oyl (Olive Oyl's Father), in the Popeye and Friends Character Trail at the Chester Public Library on Saturday. This latest addition to the multi-year plan to develop tourism in Randolph County will honor the historical significance of these characters and their cartoon connection with Popeye.
