The proposed cost of the study will cost the TIF District $4,800.

Alderman Russ Rader stated "I can't see spending $4,800 for someone else's opinion. He then suggested the Aldermen canvas their ward and ask the people what they want.

City Attorney Jeff Kerkhover told the council "In my opinion this is a good things and can aid you in your decision."

Mike Weber, TIF Consultant for the city, told the council he has worked with them before and that he felt comfortable using them.

Alderman Donnie Clark then made a motion to go forth with the analysis and to utilize the services of H &?H Consulting, Inc. Alderman Richard Brueggemann seconded the motion. Aldermen Kenny Dillman, Carole Abernathy and Richard Allison voted yes. While Aldermen Mike Bleche, Nancy Crossland, and Russ Rader voted no.
