It should come to no surprise a handsome film and television actor would often be photographed shirtless. Cuyle Carvin is no different but he has a more personal reason for displaying his muscles. Carvin, whose film and television credits include The End of Something, Assault of the Sasquatch, Branches, Law & Order SVU and All My Children, teaches fitness in Los Angeles.
While helping adults stay in shape he has not forgotten the impressionable younger crowd. The actor has been distributing to children's organizations, churches and hospitals a Cuyle Carvin Coloring Book. In the non profit publication Carvin becomes a cartoon character. He shows a little boy various ways to stay in shape and eat properly.
One page to color shows the cartoon Cuyle Carvin preparing a big bowl of spinach for lunch. The green vegetable is cooked from a can of Popeye Brand Spinach!
The coloring book was written by Popeye historian Fred M. Grandinetti and illustrated by David Hudon.
