Miller earns CHS Reid's Quality Character Award.
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Miller earns CHS Reid's Quality Character Award. Nick Miller of Chester High School was presented with a Reid's/Quality Character Award on February 4, 2011. Miller received a free gift certificate from Reid's Harvest House and a coupon for a free soda at the CHS Student Council Concession Stand as reward for his honor. Brenda Coop, CHS Teacher, nominated Miller for always being willing to assist other students in class with homework or class assignments. The ongoing Character Education Program is coordinated by Dr. James R. Beers, District Wellness Coordinator. Dale Rucker of Quality Vending and Quality Car Wash in Chester and Brad and Tia Reid of Reid's Harvest House in Chester are the long-standing sponsors of the program.
