New sign placed at Elzie C. Segar birthplace

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[A new sign commemorating the birthplace of Elzie C. Segar was placed in the yard of the home belonging to Kenny & Jan Grah on Old Plank road. Ken Wheaton (left) of Hilton, New York came up with the idea of a new sign and Tom Gordinier (right) created, painted, and brought the sign with him from Rochester, New York. The two story log home was built in 1850 and has been in the Grah family for 33 years.
