The Chester Eagles to host side by side mud races
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Chester Eagles Aerie 3252 will be hosting "The Midwest Mudhawgs" on July 17. The Eagles, along with Robert "Chick" Fritz Distributing, are proud to present a fun-filled day of mud racing. The fun begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 17th on the Rodeo grounds at the Eagles. Admission will be $10.00-Kids 12 and under free. Truck entry is $10.00 per class and $10.00 admission, $15.00 pit pass. Classification rules will be available day of race or at www.midwestmudhawgs.com. All drivers are required to have seatbelts, helmets and fire extinguisher, no riders! Drivers meeting at 12:30 p.m. Great food will be provided by Gary Strothmann BBQ of Murphysboro, IL. Dance following inside the Eagles…music by "The Tungsten Groove" 7 p.m.-11 p.m. Please no coolers…Some seating provided, lawn chairs are welcome.
