Chester's 2010 Easter Egg Hunt well attended
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Approximately 300 children ages infant through 10 years of age attended the community Easter Egg Hunt held Saturday, March 27th, at the Cohen Recreation Complex at 11 a.m.
Over 2000 plastic (toy/candy filled) eggs were available for the youngsters to find.
The Easter Bunny was available for photos, and directed the children to start gathering the eggs.
A grand prize was available in each of the 4 age groups, along with an additional 12 plush stuffed animals.
Several of the eggs contained Presidential Dollar Coins.
Chester's Fire Department provided assistance with the parking, utilizing each of the three parking areas available.
Chester Police directed traffic in and out of the event.
Several groups and individuals provided help in setting up the 4 areas, hiding the plastic eggs, providing directions, and stuffing and distributing the prize packets to each participant.
Chester is proud to be able to host this event each year.
