Monday's Prep Softball & Baseball: Lady Panthers Perfect through 10

Monday afternoon, the Lady Panthers scored three times in the sixth inning to pull away from a spunky Trico squad, 4-1, at Greg Hale Field.

Pinckneyville is idle until Thursday's trip to Steeleville.

The game was moved from Trico due to poor field conditions. The baseball game between the two schools was canceled.

Emily Chapman worked the final four innings in relief of Kelsey Cicardi to gain the pitching win.

Kortney Crawford, Maddy Keith and Taylor Cicardi all enjoyed multi-hit games with with Mo Ramsey knocking in two runs.

Emily Miller added an RBI single.
