John L. Rees, 41, Coulterville, was arrested March 1, 2010 by Illinois State Police on an order to take into custody for failure to appear on a rule to show cause. Released after posting $250 cash bond.

Pamela F. Marsolek, 56, Tilden, was arrested March 2, 2010 by Sparta Police for DUI, driving revoked & failure to signal. Is incarcerated.

Christopher L. Roye, 26, DuQuoin, was arrested March 2, 2010 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for failure to register as sex offender. Is incarcerated.

Antonio M. Nesbitt, 19, Sparta, was arrested March 3, 2010 by Chester Police for possession of cannabis. He also has two warrants out of Randolph County. The first for failure to appear on an uninsured vehicle charge, bond is $2,500. The second warrant for obstructing justice, bond is $1,000. Is incarcerated.

Joseph S. Feaman, 20, Ellis Grove, was arrested March 3, 2010 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation of on an aggravated battery charge. Bond is $10,000. Is incarcerated.

Dustin D. Todd, 20, Waterloo, was arrested March 4, 2010 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on two St. Clair County warrants. The first for aggravated battery, bond is $15,000. The second for traffic, bond is $2,000. Released to St. Clair County.
