Sheriff Releases 2009 Revenue from Pinckneyville
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Sheriff Keith Kellerman this morning released the following sheriff's office revenues for year 2009. Kellerman stated the sheriff's office worked hard to increase revenues and reduce the cost of operations to the taxpayers of Perry County.These revenues do not include fees and fines from criminal and traffic court. These are monies generated up and beyond normal operations of the sheriff's office.
Federal Inmate Housing $619,740.00
Inmate Telephone use $14,523.13
Sheriff's Fees $31,858.09
Mileage Reimbursement $19,612.54
Total $685,733.76
"This revenue is a great help to the Perry County Government especially in difficult times such as these," said Kellerman Sheriff Kellerman credits his staff for their hard work and help in generating this revenue. He faces opponent Jerry Speers in Tuesday's Democrat general primary.
