Oliver Twist On Stage Thursday

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The curtain rises at 7 p.m. Thursday on the musical production of "Oliver Twist" on the stage at Rend Lake Theater. Antony Pierce (center), the son of Alan and Debbie Pierce is 12 and in the seventh grade. He is playing the role of the Artful Dodger. Pictured at left is Emily Dixon, 19, the daughter of Clay and Anita Dixon of Pinckneyville. She is a sophomore at Rend Lake College majoring in theater and accounting and will play the role of Rose. Jayne Ballantyne is the 18-year-old daughter of Joyce Bergfeld and Jeff Ballantyne of Pinckneyville and will play the role of Mrs. Sowerberry. She is a freshman at RLC majoring in business music. Performances are at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday with a matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Photo Provided.
