#204 Harriers Solid in Recent Meets at Centralia, Mt. Vernon

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Pinckneyville (#204) Cross Country competed in the Centralia St. Mary's Invitational meet Monday against 25 other schools.

Sophia Keith was second overall in the individual standings, running the 1.4 mile course in 9:32.

Thursday, in the Casey Middle School Invitational at Mt.Vernon, Keith was again second (8:40) in the 1.3 mile race with teammate Shania Opp (9;17) ninth.

Chris Mitchell (10:50, 10th) medalled in the boys 1.8 mile race.

Overall, the Lady Tigers were fourth overall.

The #204 Cross Country this fall includes: Sophia Keith, Shania Opp, Lindsey Taylor, Lydia Pestka, Baleigh Harmon, Katelyn Hoch, Torrie Carter, Tiffany Chambliss, Caleb Logan, Kyle Kreger, TJ Borgue, Sam Simpson, Nathen Johnson, Kane Runion, Garrett Johnson, Justin Hoch, Brian Taylor and Chris Mitchell. Cheryl Keith is the coach.
