Friday Night Lights: HamCo Handles Elverado

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Visiting Hamilton County (4-2) kept its playoff hopes alive Friday night with a 44-0 whitewash of winless Elverado-Trico at Isom Field.

The Fighting Falcons (0-6) host undefeated Sesser-Valier/Waltonville-Woodlawn this week.

Steve Lemmons rushed for 102 yard and scored on runs of 48, 20 and 22 yards for the Foxes.

HamCo quarterback Orry Rogers passed for 121 more yards.

E-T managed just 37 yards in total offense during the game and trailedd 25-0 by halftime.

Randy Goetz was the top E-T rusher with just 17 yards. Kyle Easton added 10 yards.
