Local Volleyball Roundup: PCHS lone winner

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Pinckneyville Community High School was the lone winner among the three local girls volleyball teams seeing action Tuesday night.

The Lady Panthers won at Chester (25-14, 25-18) while Elverado fell against Trico (23-25, 16-25).

Du Quoin's record dipped to 9-12 following a tough road loss at Anna-Jonesboro. Scores were 25-23, 23-25, 18-25.

All three squads return to action Thursday. PCHS (10-11) visits Anna-Jonesboro with Elverado (4-9. 1-4) going to Carrier Mills.

Du Quoin goes to Sparta.
