Pinckneyville Citywide Yard Sale Aug. 13-15

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ The Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a "City Wide" Yard Sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 13, 14, and 15. You can set your own time but keep in mind folks who enjoy shopping at yard sales like to start early in the morning and most folks will start at 7:00 a.m.

Everyone is invited to participate and the chamber encourages local businesses to participate as well. This would be a great weekend for an old fashioned sidewalk sale.

The Chamber will be printing maps with the location of each sale. Your sale can be listed on the map for a $5.00 donation. This fee is to help offset the costs of printing. To list your sale on the map, please stop by the Chamber Office or the Flower Patch no later than Monday, August 10th.

If you need a location to host your yard sale you are welcome to use the city parking lot located next to the Place Insurance Office and across from the Flower Patch. No need to make a reservation. You may have your space at no charge but remember these spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

There will be visitors in town for the Thresherman's Show and the shooting Grand Nationals are being held in Sparta. If you have any questions please call the Chamber Office at 618-357-3243.
