Tamaroa Grade School Registration Aug 4

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ The Tamaroa Grade School Dist. #5 will hold registration from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The first day of school will be Tuesday, Aug. 18. Dismissal will be at 10:15 a.m. that day.

The cost of registration is $40 per student. Pictures will be taken at registration. Forms will be provided for those who wish to purchase pictures. Students need to have a picture taken for the yearbook regardless of whether or not pictures will be purchased.

Lunches are $1.25 and breakfasts are $.75. Meals should be paid for at the beginning of each week. The first day of breakfast and lunch will be Wednesday, Aug. 19.

Illinois law requires all students entering kindergarten and sixth grade to have a physical examination and all the required immunizations. Kindergarten is also required to have an eye exam, also. Students will not be allowed to attend school until the physical and eye exam requirements are met. Dental exams are required for kindergarten, second and sixth grade. The school will try to have "Miles of Smiles" come to the school to conduct dental exams again. All students who participate in the school athletic program must have physical examination prior to participation, including practices.
