"We encourage you to bring your magic carpets (blankets) and join us for a fun evening of family entertainment," said College Activities Director David Paeth. "We'll offer a host of activities leading up to an outdoor screening of Disney's Aladdin."
From 6:30-8:30 p.m., families can participate in activities including balloon sculptures, arts and crafts, Aladdin-themed animal displays, an inflatable bouncing tiger house and a rock-climbing wall.
And, for one night only, the William and Florence Schmidt Art Center will host a special exhibit of "magic" carpets.
"All these activities wrap up just before the start of the movie at dusk, so remember to bring your very own magic carpet and enjoy an evening under the stars," Paeth said.
Admission is free. Refreshments will be available for a nominal fee.
