</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Police say a half dozen women in Du Quoin--some of them handicapped--have gotten telephone calls from an anonymous caller asking for personal information, then in some cases asking for a date. The caller has a blocked telephone number so police have not been able to get a phone number off of a Caller ID program.
