1st Annual Future Lady Jackets Volleyball Camp June 9-11

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Chester High School Volleyball Coach, Jennifer Rheinecker, has announced the upcoming 1st Annual Future Lady Jackets Volleyball Camp to be held Tuesday through Thursday June 9-11 at the St. John Parish Hall in Chester.

The camp is open to incoming 5th-8th graders who attend Chester Grade School, St. John Lutheran School in Chester or St. Mary's Catholic School in Chester.

Cost for the three-day camp is only $20.00 and includes a camp T-shirt. Registration will be held from 8:30-9:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 9 at the Parish Hall. The camp is 9-11:30 a.m. daily.

Camp staff will include CHS Head varsity Volleyball Coach Jennifer Rheinecker and Assistant Coach Dr. Renee Rheinecker along with select members of the CHS Volleyball Team and several CHS Alumni.

Instruction will focus on volleyball fundamentals including serving, bumping, setting and spiking. Learning will be both fun and physically active. Campers will work alongside the members of the CHS Class 1A Regional Volleyball Champions and former Lady Jackets who currently play volleyball at the collegiate level.

Coach Jenifer Rheinecker hopes that the camp will be both fun and rewarding for Jr. High campers. The effort will give players a jump-start for the upcoming 2009 season and provide campers from all three Chester feeder schools an opportunity to begin learning the Chester High School system to better prepare them for their future roles as Chester High School lady Yellow Jacket Volleyball Players.
