New Pinckneyville Doctor

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Pinckneyville Hospital Administrator Tom Hudgins is shown with Dr. Salva Bilal (far right), her husband Dr. Syed Bilal Rafique and their two sons Syed Mansoor Balil, 10, and Syed Ahmad Balil, soon to be 9. The Bilal family was visiting Pinckneyville Tuesday to house hunt and fill out some paperwork. Dr. Salva Bilal will begin work at Family Medical Center later this year. She completed her schooling in Omaha, Neb. and plans to take her board exams this year. PCH has been renovating the bottom floor of the Family Medical Center to make additional office and exam room space for Dr. Bilal. Her husband, a dentist, plans to get licensed to practice in the U.S. after the family relocates. The boys both enjoy sports, including swimming, soccer and basketball.
