Ordinance 2009-O01-04: An ordinance adopting a Revised Code of Ordinances for the City of Du Quoin.-Final Approval.

Ordinance 2009-O01-05: An ordinance annexing approximately 25 acres in the Industrial Park in to the City of Du Quoin-Final Approval

Ordinance 2009-O02-01: An ordinance amending the rules, regulations, restrictions on bicycles in the downtown area of Du Quoin-downtown proper.

Ordinance 2009-O02-02: an ordinance authorizing the establishment of the Du Quoin Industrial Park Conservation Area Tax Increment Financing District "Interested Parties Registries" and adopting Rules for such Registry".-Final Approval

Ordinance 2009-O02-03: An ordinance establishes a Special Tax Allocation Fund for the Industrial Park Conservation Area TIF.-Final Approval

Resolution 2009-R02-01: A Resolution restructuring the composition of the Revolving Fund Committee.

Resolution 2009-R02-02: An Inducement resolution for the proposed Industrial Park Conservation Tax Increment Financing Area as it relates to reimbursement costs to the City.

Resolution 2009-R02-03: A resolution authorizing submission of an application to the State of Illinois for a Tourism Attraction Development Grant.

Approve the TIF #2 Redevelopment Plan-Final Approval

Name the chairperson (elected official) and appoint two members to the Revolving Fund Committee; name the Revolving Fund Administrator
