Roberta Williams (left), head of the Franklin Hospital CSI (customer service improvement) team, presented a check for $394.85 to Franklin Hospital Auxiliary president Mary Ellen Aiken at the Aug. 20 meeting. The money was raised during the last three months from the $1 a week paid by hospital employees choosing to wear jeans on Fridays. Franklin Hospital Auxiliary members Judy Courter (left) and Helen Grounds presented Franklin Hospital CEO Jim Johnson with a charging station for the hospital lobby during the auxiliary's August meeting. The station will provide a place for hospital visitors, patients, and employees to charge their various cell phones and tablets when necessary.
