Du Quoin man arraigned on federal meth charges
A Du Quoin man has been arraigned in federal court on conspiracy to manufacture meth.
Ty W. Dusch, 49, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Benton on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, according to U.S. Attorney Stephen Wigginton in a press release.
The indictment alleges the offense occurred between 2011 and June 2013 in Jackson and Perry Counties. Dusch is jailed without bond pending a detention hearing.
If convicted, Dusch faces up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $1 million.
