Robert L. Curry of Du Quoin

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Robert L. Curry, 45, of Du Quoin passed away at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at his residence.<br /> Robert was a retired blackjack dealer at the Casino Queen. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed yard work and tending to his flowers.<br /> He was born Feb. 27, 1972, in Du Quoin, the son of Robert and Glenna D. (Fisher) Curry.<br /> He is survived by his parents, Glenna and Roy Blythe of Du Quoin and Robert Curry of Sesser, one sister, Lacie A. Harris of St. Louis; and one half-brother, Ryan Curry of West Frankfort.<br /> <span class="contextualExtensionHighlight ms-font-color-themePrimary ms-border-color-themePrimary ident_518_653" tabindex="0">Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with the Rev. Fred Bishop officiating.</span><br /> <span class="contextualExtensionHighlight ms-font-color-themePrimary ms-border-color-themePrimary ident_654_753" tabindex="0">Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.</span><br /> Friends may make memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
