Misdemeanor dispositions

Cameron J. Welch, 43, of Carbondale was charged with criminal damage to property. He was given credit for 14 days served and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was fined.

<h3 class="breakHead">March 19</h3>

Charles L. Danner II, 19, of Peoria was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to six months supervision.

Lakesha C. Ross, 19, of Murphysboro was charged with criminal trespass. She was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

Felony dispositions

Jonquel M. Gaston, 26, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated battery and resisting an officer. He was given credit for 61 days served and sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge.

Nicoliest A. Brown, 31, of Carbondale was charged with felony possession of a firearm. He was given credit for 109 days served and sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.

Brent A. Battles Jr., 20, of Marion was charged with felony possession of a firearm. He was given credit for 97 days served and sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections.

Patricia M. McCann, 35, of Carbondale was charged with reckless driving. She was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation. She was ordered to attend treatment.
