Zachary McCurdy

Zachary Alex "Zach" McCrary, age 22, of Marissa, IL, formerly of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 12:30 a.m. in Washington County, IL as a result of an auto accident.

Zach was born on April 20, 1993 in DuQuoin, IL, a son to Terry and Victoria "Vikki" (Rohrbach) McCrary. Zach was a Christian and worked for GMS Mine Repair doing mine maintenance at Prairie State Generating Company, Lively Grove Mine. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding four wheelers.

Survivors include his father, Terry McCrary (fiancé, Jennifer Paredes) of Pinckneyville, IL; mother, Victoria "Vikki" McCrary (Brian Wickwire) of DuQuoin, IL; fiancée, Taylor Coleman of Marissa, IL; maternal grandmother, Linda Jackson of Carbondale, IL; paternal grandparents, Dave and Mary McCrary of Marissa, IL and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Jackson and one uncle, John David McCrary.

Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Travis Lipe officiating. Interment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
