Randolph County writer pens first Christian novel

The setting is on a Wyoming ranch located at the base of a beautiful mountain. A Western river runs through the ranch stead.

The new owner hand picks four guests to spend a week on the ranch.

The main storyline of "Wyoming - Blessings Abound" involves nightly barn loft discussion of each one's life experiences. The seven main characters come from diverse backgrounds of age, gender, and ethnicity.

Unique exceptions and commonalities of their lives will often correlate with the reader's life experiences.

It is a story in searching for and finding oneself. Successfully refocusing from life issues of the seven main characters come from life experiences.

The Epilog remains true to the reality of life.

The author, Sam Hughes, is a former teacher, coach, athletic director, and college professor. He continues to author and conduct national academic scientific research, which includes professors from the University of New Mexico and West Point Military Academy.

Hughes received his doctorate from the University of New Mexico and taught at three major Division I universities in the United States.

Having been informed he would soon be a grandparent, Hughes resigned his professorship. He and his wife, Lynn, returned to Randolph County to claim their most honored title: Gran and Grandad.
