Discounted carnival wristbands for Du Quoin State Fair on sale

The Du Quoin State Fair has partnered with Casey's General Store to offer single day, unlimited ride wristbands for $20 (normally $30) at select Casey's locations.

The partnership allows the Du Quoin State Fair to reach all southern Illinois communities, said Josh Gross, Du Quoin State Fair manager.

"We are excited to be able to offer southern Illinois families an incredible value at a discounted price," Gross added. "Bring the whole family and play all day for $20 per person."

The Du Quoin State Fair runs from Aug. 27-Sept. 6. Admission to the fair is free.
