Tyler Halterman of Chester donates blood at the Dec. 15 Red Cross Blood Drive in Chester, assisted by Thomasina Knighton of the St. Louis Red Cross. The drive was hosted at the American Legion; 30 successful units were collected and 37 donors attempted to donate. According Tiffani Cole of the Red Cross, the 30 units collected will go toward helping 90 patients.
