Luella J. Nugent, 87, of Harrisburg, Illinois, died at 12:03 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021 at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg. Her wish was to be cremated. There will be no services. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, Illinois is assisting the family.
