Buena Vista National Bank and Chester Memorial Hospital will hold a Health Fair on Friday, March 16, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Buena Vista National Bank. They will be testing for Cholesterol, Glucose & Blood Pressure @ $2.00 person. PSA vouchers will be available for $10.00. The testing will be done at Memorial Hospital and the vouchers are good for 30 days.
Memorial Hospital will host a FREE lecture and lunch on Wednesday, March 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the hospital's conference room. The lecture will focus on "Total Joint Replacement at Memorial Hospital in Chester" and will be presented by Dr. Rob Lander, Orthopedist, and a member of Memorial's outpatient speciality staff. Seating is limited and though it is FREE TO THE PUBLIC, RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY. Tickets are still available for Chester High School's upcoming musical "Guys and Dolls" March 15, 16, and 17 (show time at 7:30 p.m.) and Sunday (18th) matinee at 2:00 p.m. The cost is $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. Advance tickets are on sale at Chester High School or may be purchased at the door.
