Du Quoin Halloween celebrations moved to Friday, Nov. 1

Due to inclement weather, Du Quoin Halloween parade and Trick or Treat have been moved to Friday. Parade is at 6 p.m. and Trick or Treat is from 6 to 9 p.m.
